Payment
Kids In Style receive payment by debit/credit cards. All transactions are in pounds sterling (£). We only charge your card when your item(s) are ready to be dispatched, not when your order is placed.
Kids In Style encrypts all card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction.
Paying for Goods
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery charges as set out in the Deliveries section, and will be confirmed to you on the final step before you click on the "submit order" button.
Payment can be made by most major credit cards in accordance with the payment methods section. Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before dispatch of the goods to you.
You confirm that the credit card that being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit card payment in accordance with your order.
