No registered personal information at Kids In Style will at any time be distributed, sold or made available to a third party.
All information is kept safe and is only available to trusted staff of Kids In Style.

In connection with electronic payment, a more safe and encrypted method is used through the web shop system. It is an approved provider with an e-mark approval.

The shop system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping basket. A cookie is simply the designation for a file which is saved on one's own computer. Furthermore, it is possible to ask the system to save one's own address information for the next visit. If the Customer wants to delete this information later on, they can do so through the browser settings. In Internet Explorer for instance, this is done from the "Tools" menu > "Internet Options".

During a purchase Kids In Style will ask the Customer to provide us with their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is only used to process the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in a non-encrypted format and is saved for five years. The "contract" itself (the purchase agreement) is not saved at Kids In Style in a way where one can logon and view / change status later on.

Also, Kids In Style save the IP address from which the purchase is made. This information is normally not used but could be useful in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police! 

The Customer may choose to have their e-mail address registered on a mailing list at Kids In Style so that they can continuously receive news and other information from Kids In Style. The Customer can always subscribe or unsubscribe to this service at their own will.
